Energy, however, plays an extremely important role as the connecting link between consciousness, thought and action in our material reality. Energy is the connecting link between the spirit, the mind and the body. When there is insufficient energy in the soul-mind-body system, then there will not be health, peace, clarity, happiness, love or effective functioning on any level. The future of the world depends on our children. The quality of our children and their ability to create a better world depends on us, but not in the way most may think. Let us consider here how we can help our children and ourselves to find harmony, health and happiness.
