It is surprising how many people suffer from anemia and how many more who although they are not medically labeled as anemic, do not have enough red blood cells to be totally healthy and full of vitality. Symptoms of a low red blood cell supply are apathy, chronic tiredness, shortness of breath, irritability, headaches, dizziness and the poor functioning of the cells and various organs of the body, due to the lack of sufficient oxygen.
