This looks to be a simple position and it is; but it is very effective and useful as a way to relax and regenerate the body quickly. Whenever you are tired or upset and don’t have the time or ability to exercise or meditate, assume this position for 5 to 15 minutes and you will be totally refreshed.
Sit on your knees, lower your head to the floor, resting the forehead on the floor. Let your arms relax behind you with your palms facing the sky. Completely relax the body as you breathe slowly and deeply with the abdomen.
When you feel all the body relaxed, gather your concentration into the face, relaxing the facial muscles.
Finally leave all your concentration on the center of your forehead.
Contraindications: High blood pressure, detached retina
