I do not believe that it is always advisable to try to stop the symptom called diarrhea. In many cases it is the natural attempt of the body to purify itself or to remove some unwanted substance or bacteria from the body. In some cases, however, such as in babies and small children or when the symptoms have continued many days or when the body is weak and needs nutrients, then it may be wise to try to stop the diarrhea. The process of menopause cannot be avoided but its on start can be delayed and its unpleasant side affects significantly reduced or almost completely eliminated. Some symptoms of reduced hormonal secretion are hot flashes, reduced interest in sex, insomnia, irritability, and emotional instability. There are a wide variety of possible problems that one can have with the digestive system. They may include a number of organs. Here we are discussing a basic sluggishness, weakness or inability of the digestive system to easily or completely digest food. Symptoms may be flatulence, frequent burping, discomfort after eating, pains in the abdominal area. If there are specific problems with the liver, gall bladder or pancreas see those sections specifically. There is also a special section for ulcers and gastritis. Here we will be discussing various forms of limitation of movement due to some weakness or disability of the nerves such as multiple sclerosis, pinched nerves, damaged nerves, salt build up along the nerves and various other possibilities. The general medical outlook on such cases is that they are incurable. In some cases, this may be true and the best we could hope for would be a good adaptation to the situation or the development of other nerves or muscles to the degree that we could live as natural a life as possible. In order to facilitate your use of these series, the following codes will be used:

T – TIMES (how many times the exercise is repeated)

M – MINUTES (the length of time a technique should be performed, unless there are difficulties, in which case they can be done for less time. In cases where you have performed an exercise for a number of months and feel comfortable with it, you can gradually increase the time)

R – RIGHT (exercises are sometimes performed first with the right leg or arm and then the

L – left.

At other times both are used together (B).

Or it may indicate turning to the right (R) in an exercise or to the left (L)
